Welcome! Here at SAILISSE, we treat every items like it's the most important thing in the world (because it is). But before you get too comfy, let’s talk shipping.

1. Shipping Speed: We know you’re excited to wear that ultra-soft products we have, and trust us, we’re just as excited to send it your way. Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days (we call it "fashionably fast").

2. Delivery Time: Once your order leaves our cozy warehouse, it’s on its way to you, typically within 7 -21 business days depending on how long the delivery company takes. We can’t control them, but we promise your order will get to you eventually.

3. Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number, because we’re not fans of mysterious packages either. Use it to obsessively check where your new favorite is at every 10 minutes (we’ve all done it).

4. Shipping Cost: Free Shipping? Yep, You Heard That Right. We believe in making things easy (and cozy). So, enjoy FREE shipping on all orders! No hidden fees, no secret codes. Just pure, and lovely products delivered straight to your door.

5. Lost Packages: If your order goes on an unexpected adventure and gets lost, we’ll do everything in our power to find it. In the meantime, feel free to send us a brief message regarding your lost package at sailissecontact@gmail.com and we’ll try to locate it with extra urgency.
